Robert J. Hartung III is committed to the art of photojournalism. He is passionate about capturing the emotion and reality of an event to preserve it for future generations. He specializes in documentary photography, environmental portraits, street photography, event photography, and editorial photography. Robert J. Hartung III has lived abroad for four years and has documented aspects of Japanese life and culture. While in Japan he apprenticed with New Zealand photographer Bruce Meyer. http://www.twopointoimages.com He currently resides in a small rural town in Illinois and helps on his family dairy farm in his free time. In Japan, Hartung studied and trained in several martial arts. He is an avid martial artist and currently holds several martial art licenses. When he isn't either photographing, working on the dairy farm or training in the martial arts he studies philosophy.
